	Poetry Lauren began writing poetry in high school - her most productive time was a several year period beginning in 1992. This section provides a cross-section from over one hundred poems.

	Lyrics As a songwriter, Lauren often began with a lyric - she would build it into a melody and flesh out the song from there.

	Journal Lauren kept meticulous journals. Aside from a kind of day to day record, they include poems, cartoons, and plays. I've included just a few entries - "One year later" was written 6 days before she died.
