The years tumbled on, jostling one another for a spot in her identity, building up for some final acknowledgement of the triumph of experience, but without warning the wind blew some other direction, and the whole thing that'd taken shape and was quickly pulled apart, grain by grain, had formed an entirely new identity - it was so unexpected, no one even asked for it, but it worked out well in the end because a tragedy that'd been in the making was undone, and that's how we came to share this shelter beneath this awning, built up by charitable hands that don't worry about democrats or republicans but are built for a love of humanity
